Job Summary

A company is looking for an A&H Affinity Ben Adj Trainee.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and settle travel and accident claims by investigating losses and interpreting coverage
• Prepare reports and maintain case load while ensuring compliance with regulations and service standards
• Control claim costs and recommend litigation when appropriate

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Completion of specified adjuster training
• Must be licensed as required by state and local jurisdictions
• Pass New York and Hawaii independent adjuster licensing exams within the first 6 months of employment
