Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrator In Training.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing operations within a nursing facility and act as a liaison between the facility, residents, families, and the community
- Compile and develop reports on budget projections, revenue, and expenses while ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Support clinical efforts and employee engagement initiatives while assisting in managing HR issues and risk management situations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products is necessary
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and governmental regulations
- Mathematical skills to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical situations
