Job Summary

To support operations within a long-term care facility, the full-time California Licensed Administrator Trainee will assist in analyzing facility operations, act as a liaison among residents, families, and the community, and develop reports on budget projections under the direct supervision of a licensed Precepting Administrator.

Key responsibilities
  • Assists in analyzing various operations within the nursing facility and monitors compliance with industry regulations
  • Acts as a liaison between the nursing facility, residents, families, and the community while developing relationships with local healthcare leaders
  • Participates in safety programs and assists in managing HR issues and capital improvements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration or Business is preferred
  • Master's degree or MBA is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
  • Ability to interpret business documents and governmental regulations
  • Strong mathematical skills for practical applications such as ratios and percentages
