California Licensed Administrator Trainee
Job Summary
To support operations in a long-term care facility, the full-time California Licensed Administrator Trainee will assist in analyzing facility operations, act as a liaison among various stakeholders, and participate in community engagement while working under the supervision of a licensed Precepting Administrator.
Key responsibilities
- Assists in analyzing operations and monitoring compliance within the nursing facility
- Acts as a liaison between the facility, residents, families, and the community
- Participates in capital improvements and resolves HR issues within the facility
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business from an accredited institution is required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
- Ability to read and interpret business documents and governmental regulations
- Strong mathematical skills for practical applications
- Ability to solve practical problems in various situations with limited standardization
