Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Admissions to drive enrollment growth and manage the Admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and supervise Admissions Advisors and Managers to enhance performance metrics
- Design and implement organizational structures and mentorship programs for the Admissions Department
- Oversee recruitment plans and manage CRM reports to meet enrollment goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education management, leading Admissions teams
- Experience with enterprise CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
- In-depth understanding of the technology industry and its educational requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, particularly with Microsoft Excel
