California Licensed Adult Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing virtual behavioral health clinic, a full-time California Licensed Adult Therapist (LCSW or LPC) will conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with community resources, all while working remotely during PST hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide therapy services and connect patients aged 18+ with essential community resources
- Document patient services accurately in electronic health records in real time
Required qualifications:
- Active LCSW or LPC license in California
- Minimum of 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience post-licensure
- Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
