California Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To empower clients in achieving their aesthetic goals, the part-time or full-time California Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and engage with clients through various communication channels while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations
• Conduct personalized consultations via phone or video calls, tailoring recommendations to meet clients' aesthetic needs
• Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and rapport with customers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities focused on understanding customer needs
• Proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of working independently and in a team environment
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
