California Licensed AI Architect

Job Summary

Collaborating across multiple teams, the full-time California Licensed AI Architect will design and implement AI-powered frameworks and automation to enhance production workflows while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and creatives to strategize next-generation AI-assisted workflows
• Design and own the architecture for AI-powered frameworks across the Studio pipeline
• Prototype solutions for high-friction tasks and drive adoption of AI tools across departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience building production systems, including 2+ years in AI/ML systems
• Hands-on experience with containerization, orchestration, Python, TypeScript, and AI frameworks
• Deep understanding of LLM model integration and automation in complex environments
• Proven ability to influence and mentor senior engineers and a genuine passion for animation and storytelling
