Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive programs for upskilling and reskilling the sales organization in AI integration
• Create user-friendly AI adoption playbooks and onboarding materials for sales representatives
• Design and execute enablement programs and training that emphasize the strategic impact of AI on sales methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Talent & Development, Operations, or Digital Transformation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a comparable field is highly preferred
• Experience in driving change management and successful adoption of new technologies
• Practical experience with AI/ML concepts, tools, and platforms in a professional sales context
