Job Summary

A company is looking for an Apheresis Telerecruitment Representative to recruit blood donors and manage scheduling and records remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact current apheresis and whole blood donors by telephone to recruit for donations
• Schedule appointments to maximize donor participation each day
• Maintain accurate records of donors contacted and appointments scheduled

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to work on a team and experience with computers
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule during the initial training period of 4-6 weeks
• Combination of education and experience may be considered to meet requirements
