Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare complex motions and appellate briefs
• Collaborate with the MWA team on legal strategies for cutting-edge cases
• Perform detailed legal research and participate in case strategy discussions

Qualifications and Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Active California license preferred but not required
• Appellate clerkship or 3+ years of experience in appeals or complex litigation
• Ability to draft complex appellate briefs and motions
• Reliable team player capable of managing multiple time-critical projects
