California Licensed Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the full-time contract California Licensed Application Analyst will configure and optimize Epic Tapestry applications, analyze workflows, and provide user support while working remotely in Los Angeles, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Tapestry applications focusing on Claims, CRM, and Utilization Management workflows
• Analyze system workflows and business processes to enhance application functionality aligned with organizational goals
• Support application lifecycle activities including design, configuration, testing, and end-user support

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of Epic Tapestry configuration experience
• 3+ years of experience within a healthcare-related organization
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Epic Tapestry Certification
• Experience supporting Claims, CRM, and/or Utilization Management functions
