California Licensed Application Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the design and optimization of clinical software applications, the full-time California Licensed Application Analyst will troubleshoot and maintain Epic applications while collaborating with stakeholders to implement new functionalities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support for existing Epic applications, ensuring reliable system performance
• Design, build, test, and implement new application functionalities in collaboration with business owners and technical teams
• Analyze clinical workflows to evaluate business requirements and recommend system enhancements aligned with organizational needs

Required qualifications

• EpicCare Ambulatory Certification
• Preferred Epic Security certification or relevant Security experience
• Preferred Epic Kaleidoscope certification or experience
• Experience supporting Epic clinical applications, including troubleshooting and optimization
• Understanding of clinical workflows and application support within a healthcare environment
