California Licensed Applications Analyst II
Job Summary
To support healthcare information systems, the full-time California Licensed Applications Analyst II will configure, test, implement, and support clinical, financial, and administrative applications remotely, ensuring data integrity and system performance while collaborating with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration, testing, and implementation of healthcare information systems
- Evaluate and resolve problem tickets, service requests, and system performance issues
- Collaborate with end-users to design and test system reports, ensuring effective communication of changes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience with the assigned application or equivalent system
- Advanced knowledge of assigned applications in at least one functional area
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
- Epic training and certification in the assigned application area is required
