California Licensed AR Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing a team of 10-15 AR representatives, the full-time California Licensed AR Supervisor will ensure timely collection of receivables, uphold workflow standards, and collaborate with leadership to support client outcomes in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee assigned work queues for accurate claim follow-up, including denials and aged accounts
• Lead, coach, and evaluate AR Representatives to meet productivity and quality standards
• Collaborate with AR Managers and Directors to escalate payer issues and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare Accounts Receivable, including follow-up and denials
• 1-2 years of AR team lead or supervisor experience
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and billing workflows
• Proficiency with EHR and billing systems, preferably Epic, and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with California payers and billing standards is preferred
