Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Arbitration Attorney for a remote engagement, the role can be full-time or part-time and requires managing arbitration cases while interfacing with opposing counsel and arbitrators.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage arbitration cases and provide legal counsel on relevant matters
• Interface confidently with opposing counsel and arbitrators
• Work independently with minimal supervision on assigned cases

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in litigation or arbitration
• Licensed to practice law in California
• Prior experience at a full-service Am Law firm or litigation boutique preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
