California Licensed ASIC/FPGA Engineer

Job Summary

To support advanced projects, a highly experienced California Licensed ASIC/FPGA Engineer will develop and implement robust verification environments using UVM and SystemVerilog in a hybrid role based in El Segundo or Huntington Beach, CA, with one day per week onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement ASIC/FPGA verification environments using UVM and SystemVerilog
• Build self-checking, reusable testbenches leveraging Object-Oriented Programming principles
• Create functional coverage models and perform code coverage analysis to ensure thorough simulation verification

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 10-15 years of experience in ASIC/FPGA verification
• Deep expertise in SystemVerilog, SystemVerilog Assertions, and UVM
• Proven ability to design and implement self-checking, reusable testbenches
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, including Inheritance and Polymorphism
