California Licensed Asset Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Management Associate (Solar + BESS).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory compliance execution and program ownership for PV/BESS assets, including obligation tracking and risk escalation
• Support asset management functions such as performance monitoring, reporting, and contract administration
• Develop and maintain compliance tracking systems and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental/energy, finance, economics, operations, business, or a related field
• 2-5+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy, asset management, or compliance/regulatory affairs
• Experience in owning compliance workflows and building tracking systems in regulated environments
• Working knowledge of basic accounting/finance concepts preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks impacting utility-scale renewables, particularly NERC/FERC
