Job Summary
Managing the operational and financial performance of luxury residences, the full-time California Licensed Asset Manager will ensure homes meet Pacaso Home Standards, oversee maintenance and vendor operations, and support owner experiences while based in Palm Springs, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure homes consistently meet cleanliness, safety, and functionality standards while conducting routine inspections and maintaining accurate Home Status Reports
- Oversee end-to-end work order management, coordinating with internal maintenance and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct service audits to ensure quality and cost efficiency in home operations
Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in property management, hospitality operations, or asset management
- Strong background in vendor oversight and maintenance coordination
- Working knowledge of home systems including WiFi, HVAC, and smart home technology
- Highly organized with a focus on owner satisfaction and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Located in Palm Springs, California, with flexibility for urgent or weekend needs
