A company is looking for an Assistant Mentoring BCBA - Clinical Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide structured mentorship and ongoing clinical guidance to BCBAs
• Conduct performance audits and ensure compliance with key productivity indicators
• Develop training materials and lead workshops for BCBA professional development

Required Qualifications

• BCBA Certification in good standing
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in applied behavior analysis
• Prior experience mentoring or supervising RBTs or BCBAs preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical guidelines
• Ability to manage clinical oversight while maintaining billable expectations
