Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Mentoring BCBA - Clinical Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Provide structured mentorship and clinical guidance to early-career BCBAs
Conduct performance audits and ensure compliance with productivity indicators
Develop training materials and lead workshops to enhance BCBA skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

BCBA Certification in good standing
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in applied behavior analysis
Prior experience mentoring or supervising RBTs or BCBAs preferred
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical guidelines
Ability to manage clinical oversight while maintaining billable expectations
