Job Summary
Leading a team of claims supervisors and adjusters, the full-time California Licensed Assistant Branch Manager will oversee workers' compensation claims operations, drive hiring and training initiatives, and enhance team efficiency using technology in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead claims supervisors and adjusters to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Facilitate hiring and training of adjusters to foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and brokers to maintain positive relationships
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 12 years of related claims experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in the workers' compensation field
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of team member-related functions
