Job Summary

Leading a team of claims supervisors and adjusters, the full-time California Licensed Assistant Branch Manager will oversee workers' compensation claims operations, drive hiring and training initiatives, and enhance team efficiency using technology in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and lead claims supervisors and adjusters to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Facilitate hiring and training of adjusters to foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and brokers to maintain positive relationships
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 12 years of related claims experience
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in the workers' compensation field
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
  • Knowledge of team member-related functions
