Job Summary
Seeking a proactive California Licensed Assistant Controller, the full-time position in Cerritos, CA will manage core accounting functions, oversee financial reporting and consolidations, and mentor a global team while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage multi-entity financial consolidations and oversee revenue cycle integrity
- Perform journal entries and complex reconciliations while maintaining cash flow forecasts
- Provide mentorship to the India-based accounting team and standardize operational processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a related role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Proficiency in accounting systems, particularly NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills
- Experience in healthcare or multi-entity environments is a plus
