California Licensed Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team in repairs and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, the full-time California Licensed Assistant Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance operations primarily focused on conveyor systems in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team members and assign job plans to achieve departmental goals
• Ensure compliance with company regulations and maintain positive customer and employee relations
• Develop and oversee quality assurance and quality control inspection protocols for all work performed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred, or a minimum of 3 years of management experience
• Capability to obtain CMRP / ICML MLT 1 certification
• Working knowledge of repairs and preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Experience operating heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts and scissors lifts
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends as needed
