California Licensed Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team in repairs and preventive maintenance, the full-time California Licensed Assistant Maintenance Manager will oversee electrical and mechanical equipment, particularly conveyor systems, while ensuring compliance with standards and fostering positive relations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team members and assign job plans to achieve departmental goals
• Develop and oversee quality assurance protocols for all work performed by personnel
• Act as a liaison between account managers, planners, and customers to support operational objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience, with 5 years preferred
• Capability to obtain CMRP / ICML MLT 1 certification
• Working knowledge of repairs and maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends
