California Licensed Assistant Property Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their healthcare-focused Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property management functions, including tenant and landlord communications, financial reporting, and work order tracking
• Oversee contract and lease files, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation
• Support client relationships and assist in scheduling repairs and maintenance for properties

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in commercial property management or related field
• Familiarity with Yardi software and understanding of lease agreements
• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid California Real Estate license within six months
• Experience with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes preferred
