California Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Associate Attorney specializing in Insurance Coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies, claims, and related documents to provide coverage opinions and advice
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters
• Represent insurers in coverage litigation, including declaratory judgment actions and bad faith lawsuits

Required Qualifications

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California
• 3-7 years of experience in insurance coverage law (first party and/or third-party)
• Strong knowledge of general liability, professional liability, D&O, and E&O policies preferred
