A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to handle various aspects of secured lending legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake and analysis on files, generating strategy and budget within 24 hours
• Draft civil litigation documents, including discovery and dispositive motions, and manage client correspondence
• Make court appearances across California and provide same-day updates to clients

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the CA State Bar, in good standing
• 2+ years of related experience in the mortgage area is preferred
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, with the ability to analyze case law
• Professional appearance and demeanor to maintain a positive company image
