Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to handle litigation and represent clients in various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Represent clients in Lemon Law or insurance defense cases
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and trial documents while managing a caseload

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California
• 1+ years of experience in litigation, ideally with exposure to Lemon Law or Insurance Defense
• Strong courtroom presence and trial preparation skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
