Key Responsibilities

• Draft civil litigation documents, including discovery and dispositive motions
• Make court appearances and provide timely updates to clients
• Conduct initial file intake and analysis to generate strategy and budget

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the CA State Bar, in good standing
• 2+ years of related experience in the mortgage area preferred
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
• Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations
