California Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their legal team in San Diego, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Cultivate relationships with clients and provide leadership to less experienced attorneys

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Must be licensed in California
• 1-8 years of litigation experience, particularly in deposition and trial preparation
• Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
• Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
