Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney - Trial & Arbitration with 3-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to civil discovery and manage discovery strategy
• Prepare motions, oppositions, briefs, and pre/post-trial documents
• Appear in court, mediations, depositions, and assist with trial/arbitration preparation

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
• 3-5 years of litigation experience; employment law/class action/PAGA experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, PDF tools, and legal research platforms like Lexis/Westlaw
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
