A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to handle insurance defense litigation.

• Develop compelling case strategies and manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
• Challenge mediocrity and push for excellence in all work aspects
• Mentor junior attorneys and maintain professional communication with clients

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar license in the state of California
• 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred
