California Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney specializing in General Liability and Toxic Tort.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload for local and national accounts
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
• Prepare court filings, respond to discovery requests, and support trial preparation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of defense litigation experience, preferably in General Liability or Product Liability
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice in the state of California
• Experience with motion practice and depositions
• Capable of independent work in an organized and efficient manner
