• Independently manage a litigation caseload and conduct depositions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of defense litigation experience, preferably in General Liability or Toxic Tort
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the state of California
• Experience with motion practice and depositions
• Capable of independent work and maintaining organized workflows
