California Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to join its litigation team in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of real estate and business litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct and defend depositions, participate in mediations, and assist with litigation strategy

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Experience in real estate litigation, HOA disputes, or business litigation is preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
