Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney specializing in Employment Defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
• Challenge mediocrity and maintain professional communication with clients while building relationships
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with team members at all experience levels

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar license in the state of California
• 3-7 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
• 2+ years of employment defense experience strongly preferred
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred
