California Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to join its San Francisco office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle a caseload of civil litigation matters independently
• Conduct court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery, and prepare cases for trial

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in civil litigation defense
• Experience with rideshare and UM/UIM litigation preferred
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California
• Strong experience drafting motions and handling depositions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
