Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to manage a caseload and support personal injury litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of 15-20 cases under the supervision of the Managing Attorney
• Draft and file legal documents, handle discovery, and prepare cases for trial
• Communicate with clients and supervise paralegals and legal support staff

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• 2-8 years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Client-focused with high professional and ethical standards
