Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to analyze claims and provide interpretive evaluations for a carrier.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle assigned cases from start to finish, including trial preparation
• Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and respond to discovery
• Take and defend depositions, prepare for and attend hearings and court appearances

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of practice and California bar admission
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience with Microsoft-based computer programs
• Strong experience with entering billing time and descriptions for all billable work
