Job Summary

Leading a litigation team remotely, the California Licensed Associate Attorney will oversee strategies for a high-volume consumer debt docket, manage settlement negotiations, and maintain client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and oversee all settlement negotiations and respond to court pleadings
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and opposing counsel while supervising legal support staff
• Analyze settlement trends and address post-settlement issues, ensuring compliance with debt collection practices

Required qualifications

• Preferably 2+ years of litigation experience
• Juris Doctor degree with strong communication and management skills
• Superior analytical skills
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Must pass a background check
