Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials, while developing case strategies and collaborating with a high-performing legal team in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies that effectively address emotional arguments
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Mentor junior attorneys and maintain professional communication with clients
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of CA
- 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently, from discovery through trial
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
