Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney in Workers' Compensation will manage a docket of cases, prepare clients for depositions, and respond to client inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a docket of cases to resolution
- Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions
- Responding to client inquiries and providing guidance to non-attorneys
Required qualifications:
- Must be in good standing with the California State Bar
- Experience with doctors' depositions is preferred
- Comfortable in fast-paced work environments
- Excellent writing and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and bring positivity to the workplace
