California Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing consumer protection law firm, the full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney will manage litigation files, draft and argue motions, and participate in trial preparation and courtroom appearances in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee litigation files from inception through resolution
• Draft, review, and argue motions and other legal pleadings
• Conduct and defend depositions, and prepare for trial

Required Qualifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of California
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Fluency in Spanish (reading and writing) is preferred
