Job Summary
To support a growing consumer protection law firm, the full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney will manage litigation files, draft and argue motions, and participate in trial preparation and courtroom appearances in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee litigation files from inception through resolution
- Draft, review, and argue motions and other legal pleadings
- Conduct and defend depositions, and prepare for trial
Required Qualifications
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Civil litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Fluency in Spanish (reading and writing) is preferred
