Job Summary
Driven to excel in a collaborative environment, the full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing case strategies and maintaining client relationships in a dynamic insurance defense practice.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies that drive results and challenge mediocrity
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with staff at all experience levels
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of California
- 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently, from discovery through trial
- Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems
