California Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

To support a leading plaintiff-only labor and consumer law firm, the full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney will conduct client interviews, engage in claim-spotting, draft complaints, and perform legal research, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews and identify potential claims
• Draft legal complaints and perform thorough legal research
• Build and maintain client relationships while exploring new claims areas

Required qualifications

• California State Bar license as an Associate Attorney
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Prior experience in employment law or consumer protection is preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and professionalism with excellent organizational skills
