Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Associate Attorney, the full-time position will manage and develop personal injury cases while establishing the firm's presence in Los Angeles, working hybrid after an initial training period.
Key responsibilities
- Review new leads and police reports to determine liability and assess claims viability
- Act as the main liaison for clients, providing updates and managing case expectations
- Oversee evidence collection and negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters
Required qualifications
- Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Meaningful plaintiff experience handling California personal injury matters
- Working knowledge of California personal injury law and pre-litigation procedures
- Ability to independently evaluate claims and move cases forward
