Job Summary
Joining a collaborative team in San Francisco, the full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney will manage an assigned caseload, draft legal documents, and engage in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, while working remotely within the state.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an assigned caseload with partner oversight
- Draft pleadings, motions, and conduct legal research
- Take and defend depositions, and participate in mediations and arbitrations
Required qualifications
- Active California bar license (dual licensure a plus)
- At least 2 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience with toxic tort or asbestos defense preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Experience with mediations or arbitrations is a plus
