Job Summary
To support its Silica Defense practice, a full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney will manage an assigned caseload, draft legal documents, and engage in high-stakes litigation while working remotely or from Los Angeles or San Francisco offices.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an assigned caseload with partner oversight
- Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery
- Conduct legal research and prepare substantive legal analysis
Required qualifications
- Active California bar license
- At least 1 year of defense litigation experience
- Deposition experience required
- Experience with toxic tort, silica, asbestos, or product liability defense preferred
- Strong legal research and writing skills
