Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Associate Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage a docket of workers' compensation cases, prepare clients for depositions, and respond to client inquiries while collaborating with a supportive team.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a docket of cases to resolution
- Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions
- Responding to client inquiries and providing guidance to non-attorneys
Required qualifications:
- Must be in good standing with the California State Bar
- Experience with doctors' depositions is preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environments
- Excellent organizational skills
- Newly barred attorneys or those who have taken the February 2026 Bar are encouraged to apply
